Make a positive impact with E-Bill!
By going paperless, you can conveniently view and pay your electric bill online, all while making a positive impact on the environment by reducing paper waste. It's time to say goodbye to misplaced bills and clutter with paperless billing from GVP.
GVP members who no longer wish to receive a printed bill in the mail can now sign up for the E-Bill program. If you are not enrolled in an online account, the registration process is simple and allows you immediate access to view your account details, make payments online, make account updates and sign up for services like paperless billing—all with the click of a mouse.
Once you are enrolled in E-Bill, a paper bill will no longer be mailed to you. You will receive an e-mail notification when your statement is available and you can pay by the method most convenient for you: online, by phone, in person, or you can also sign up for Auto Pay to have your payment automatically deducted each month.

Sign Up for Paperless Billing
- Login to your account
- Select My Profile from the menu options on the top
- Select My Information
- Select Update My Paperless Settings from options
- Toggle the Paperless Status button from OFF to ON to stop receiving printed bills.
- Click Yes to confirm
How to sign up for e-bill on the SmartHub app (existing users):
- Open the SmartHub app from your mobile device
- Log into SmartHub
- Select Settings
- Select Paperless Billing
- Toggle switch to the right to turn “ON”
