Board Meeting Notice

Grand Valley Power board meetings are open to the members, consumers and public. Regularly scheduled board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 9 a.m. at the headquarters building located at 845 22 Road, Grand Junction, Colorado. *If it is necessary for a meeting date to be changed, it will be posted on this page in advance of the meeting.

The monthly Board meeting agenda will be posted ten days before each month's meeting. If anyone desires to address the board of directors, please let us know in advance and you will be placed on the agenda. Please call 970-242-0040 or email gvp-info@gvp.org to notify us. 

Members who wish to register a complaint and be given an opportunity to be heard by the Board of Directors regarding the rates charged by GVP may do so by filing a complaint in accordance with GVP's Consumer Complaint Procedure Policy.

Minutes are the written record of proceedings and actions of your Board of Directors.  Once the minutes are approved at the following meeting, they become accepted as the true representation of the proceedings and become the official record of business for your Cooperative.
